FAMILY VISA

Required Documents

For Husband & Wife Visa:

• Sponsor’s passport copy
• Sponsor’s visa copy
• Emirates ID copy of sponsor
• Ejari (tenancy contract)
• Wife’s passport copy
• Marriage certificate (must be attested)
• Passport-size photo with white background
• CNIC copy (only for Pakistanis)
• If applying from inside the UAE: visit visa or cancellation paper

For Kids Visa:

• Sponsor’s passport copy
• Sponsor’s visa copy
• Emirates ID copy of sponsor
• Kids’ passport copy
• Ejari (tenancy contract)
• Birth certificate (must be attested)
• Passport-size photo with white background
• CNIC copy (only for Pakistanis)
• If mother is the sponsor, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required
• If applying from inside the UAE: visit visa or cancellation paper

Visa Process

If the person is outside the UAE:

1. File opening
2. E-Visa
3. Once the person arrives in the UAE, they have 2 months to complete:
   • Emirates ID
   • Medical test
   • Visa stamping on passport
